How To Fix 500 Internal Server Error?

I get an http 500 internal server error when accessing my yahoo mail....how do I fix this?

    I got the same problem. Yahoo has really gone down the tube. It all started when they went to the new e-mail system. I was forced to leave Classic. I would have left yahoo but I just had paid for new office supplies with my e-mail yahoo address and it would have cost a lot of money to go with another server, but when I can not use what I have paid for and I pay each year to use this service from Yahoo, I feel like they really don't care. So if anyone has any ideas as to what to do when customer service will not help, let us know.

I am having the same problem and there customer service is horrible! No one is answering, and why do they even list a number if they are just going to tell you that they can not answer your call.

I am having the same issue. I have tried calling customer service, and that is a joke. The recording tells you to EMAIL help.yahoo.com, but that is not a valid email!
