What causes my computer to slow when I log into yahoo email?

Why can't I access my Yahoo! email on my iphone? I can log in on the computer perfectly fine.?

    I have exactly the same problem. I haven't been able to send/receive emails on my iphone since Tuesday the 10th of Dec but have no problem from a computer. I've deleted my Yahoo account and added it again but keeps saying "the username or password for apple.imap.mail.yahoo.com is incorrect"!! It's so frustrating!! Is the problem with Yahoo or what??

I was starting to get frustrated with this as well after I changed my password. turns out yahoo had turned on added security setting on my yahoo account and had to go into account info, manage your app passwords, delete the device I was trying to sign in on then save. then I put in the name of the device again and clicked generate password. I used that password to log into my yahoo account on my device and it worked.

That didn't work for me......anyone else have an idea? My iphone hasn't received any emails since Dec.4th, 2013. My iPad, laptops, and desktop all work fine.

I can get my emails through their IOS app, but not under mail getting the IMAP address or password in wrong.

I am experiencing the same problem. The only difference is that I can't even access my emails through my computer. So I guess my problem is worse. Good thing you can still check your email through your own computer unlike me. I'm over yahoo! Deleting my account
