Is your VIP status transferable to any other cruise lines?

I have my VIP status with two cruise lines but I'm curious if any cruise lines (sister lines) honor your status with another cruise line (Such as Carnival and Norwegian)

No, they do not. If you cruise with say Carnival, then cruise with Princess(which is owned by Carnival) each is a separate company and nothing is transferable.

You will get discount offers from sister companies but the points will not combine to increase your overall status. The only exception is when cruise lines merge. My Sitmar cruises were combined with Princess cruises. ₪ ʎəɿʞɹɐq ₪

Sister lines tend to honor your status, but cruises taken on one line do not count toward increasing your VIP status on the other.
