I have worked on NCL in the Kids Crew. It was the best deal on the ship. You only worked when the kids crew was open, and I have almost every port off because the kids crew was closed when docked in port. I know if you want to be front desk it is required that you speak more than one language in addition to English. (It is rare to work on a cruise ship if you are American)
