you can search on google.com for cheap cruises ...if you think it's scam you can ask a few questions and find out. How will you get charged for the cruise? Agencies do not charge credit cards, the cruise line charge you. Are they part of ASTA or ARTA or CLIA? Bonded and Licensed? There are some good deals on line that the cruise lines themselves don't offer. Good luck!
