Most cruise lines will offer insurance but before you buy it be sure to shop around and compare plans and prices. If you're in the USA the best place to compare insurance is at QuoteWright.com.

Firstly, most cruise companies offer insurance cover as part of the holiday, which may not be the cheapest or best but is convenient. If that hasn't suited in this case, then ask a broker or shop around online. With insurance as in many other things, you get what you pay for; it sounds as though you may be willing to pay more for air ambulance rescue (and you may have to). If your parents are in an older age group (I say tactfully!), remember that Saga specialise in products including insurance for the over-50's.
