you could, but it would probably be extremely expensive. i agree with the person who said you're on vacation, why would you want to sit at a computer and talk to someone online for a while? i can see checking email once in a while... if keeping contact is important to you, just try sending out a mass email to everyone letting them know you're having a good time, thinking of them and so on.
