How to Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise Lines compare?

These two don't even compare. Royal is BY FAR better. No doubt about it

Defiantly Royal Caribbean. I'm going on that cruise line in 6 days =) I went on Norwegian last year to Canada and Alaska and it was this "freestyle" thing that they're known for. Which means that you can go to dinner whenever you want and everyone wants to eat dinner at the same time which causes the longest wait ever. I would recommend Royal Caribbean.

ive only been on ncl its amazing its great for kids.there are great restrants and food there is lots to do the kids club is amazing and if you go on the epic its massive the cabins are massive and great the staff are friendly it layed back and you can relax :))

They're both very similar in feel to be honest, as they're both informal style cruises. really it depends on what you're after, but looking through reviews could be useful for you.

Royal Caribbean, definitely. A lot more relaxed, and even though it's family-oriented, it's still elegant and relaxed. NCL is very hype and lots, lots of kids. It's not as relaxing and rejuvenating I felt like.

Both cruise lines are great and I would suggest having a look at some reviews. But just so you know Norwegian Cruise Lines are different to most other cruise lines (if you look at their logo it is one fish swimming away from another.) It is a freestyle cruise line in that there are no dress code and you can dine when and where you want to dine. Royal Caribbean however are more formal in that they have formal nights and set dining times so you have to weigh up what you were prefer. Hope this helps.
