You do know that you cannot throw the ball you strike it.. The way to strike it and make it hit the wall harder is to stay away from the middle of the hands and fingers... Good loucki Grant M in Pennsylvania

there no special thing you have to do to gain power. find a way you usually use to hit the ball and practice. you will then gain power ,see the ball better,speed better,etc
