What types of workouts can i do inside my room to get me in better shape for football?

i have a weight set in my room and a couple other things to work with, my normal workout is curls, dips, push ups, squats, lunges, sit ups, and a couple other weird exercises.

To get in better shape for football you should probably start running alot mostly if you are going to be a runningback, wide reciever, ect. But for people on the line you should eat alot of protien after you work out to gain some wait and muscle. Besides that you are doing most the workouts you can do in your room.
