Whats a Better sport: AFL or NRL?

    AFL AND NRL-They are both the controlling bodies of two football codes, do we call horse racing ARC or VRC, no we call it horse racing, so why the #%@# can't we call these two footy codes by their correct names, Aussie Rules and Rugby League. I love my Aussie Rules but like to watch good games of League too, never miss State of Origin matches (which the idea came from the VFL), never miss when the Aussies play Internationals, there is room for both sports, we're all aussies, respect each other's games, hey?

Depends on where you live, but im a vic so AFL!

This question is very subjective. Your preference is where you grew up and reside. If you are from NSW, ACT or QLD, it is NRL all the way. If you are from the other states, it is AFL. I recall driving around Perth a few years back and not seeing any Rugby posts at any fields. If you drive around the ACT where I live, you might see a few AFL posts but not many. Most AFL guys could walk down the street in Canberra and nobody would know who they were. Same with NRL guys in Melbourne.
