How long will it be before the AFL administrators get the game's rules right?

Doesn't Rugby trade players and coaches mid-year, as well as sign people to contracts while they have existing contracts without giving a sh*t. I'd worry about my own disgrace of a code before commenting on a real sport. BTW if you got off your fat ar*es and actually had more than 8,000 people turn up to a game, you might actually have a bit of cashflow

Who knows when they will stop, but the supporter margin between Australian Rules & Rugby grows every day in favour of Australian Rules so they must be doing something right. Maybe if Rugby administrators had a look at their game and made it better they might get some people to go to the games.

The Afl commission ppl will never stop meddling in our great game. But even though it has been molded so much it is still a thousand times better than Nrl.

They will NEVER get it right. My grandad believed in "if it aint broken, don't fix it" They seem to be wanting to change OUR game into something akin to what the Americans call Football. They are turning what was once the ultimate game into a farce. Look at the Operations Manager, how many times has pulled on a boot? NEVER probably, & if he did i know what position he played, LEFT RIGHT OUT!

I don't think they will ever stop & I don't think they will ever get them right. They just seem to want to change something every year. We went for years with the same old rules. Everyone loved the game as it was; no-one wanted the rules changed; everyone grew up understanding the game, because it wasn't being changed all the time; everyone was happy. Change for the sake of changing.

This would have to be the first normal question I've known you to ask. And on this occasion I agree with you! This is the one thing the NRL have over the AFL. They don't mess with the rules. The minute they started fixing it was the minute it started breaking. Who knows when they'll stop. Maybe when they o d....
