  It depends what you're after. If you have some sort of advanced qualification you might be able to get a job in your field, depending what it is. It wouldn't necessarily be a major handicap in IT, for example. You won't be able to do any job which requires any sort of paperwork - in other words, any kind of clerical/admin job. You will have little to no chance of getting a job as a waiter in a bar or restaurant because they need to be able to speak Dutch. The same applies to shop assistant jobs. Depending on your native language, you might be able to get a job in a call centre which services clients with that language. You might also be able to pick up some sort of unskilled job.
