    You owe your friend an apology. Just because you have never been blown off of your feet by a strong wind does not mean that it's not possible. I've been knocked off of my feet by gusts as low as 45 MPH and most folks cannot stand in the face of winds in excess of 60 MPH. Tornado force winds have picked people up and carried them for many miles, usually with fatal results. Tornadoes have picked up 250,000 pound freight cars and flung them like matchsticks. A 200 pound human has no chance against that kind of force. I'm not surprised that he gets angry when you mock him, especially as you don't have a clue as to what you are talking about!

Well the wind has been strong enuf 2 knock me down b4. N what do u think a tornado or hurricane is? How fat r u? Ive seen the wind, not a tornado, take the roof off my friends house and flip a car. Man ur stupid.

Yes it is possible....working in the hospital i see many patients who have been kniocked over by gale force winds in their own back yard, and have fractured their back. neck, hips etc.....

Some (if not most) people can't stand up against a force 10 hurricane wind. The Beaufort scale goes up to force 12. Add to that the problem of standing on a slope, and I think you owe your friend an apology.
