What time does KCA start central time?

If nickelodeon is so big on going GREEN , Why did they hold the KCA at the same time as Earth hour!?

    well nickelodeon must not be so big on it. i think they're just trying to make parents think its a great channel for kids to learn and watch cartoons or whatever.

Apparently you do not live on the West Coast. Earth Hour was to be observed from 8:30 to 9:30 pm LOCAL time. For example, where I live 8:30 my time was only 6:30 California time, so they were not violating Earth Hour observations where the KCA were held!
