Are Bald Eagles endangered?

    Yes they are still endangered. However, not enough to be on the endangered species act. The were taken off the endangered species list on June 28, 2007. During this time in the early sixties their were 450 nest pairs. Now we have over 4500 nesting pair. The bald eagle is still covered by the following acts: The migratory bird treaty act and the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act.

i think the whole world is endangered ,technically but for eagles not on the list..they can be found in 40 states,excluding hawaii the proof is in the list...lol
