• What is your reaction to the Endangered Species Act ? Where do you stand in the debate between saving species from the extinction and allowing man to develop natural lands ?

  That a species is endangered as proven by empircal method can be factual, whose trend otherwise has no recourse but to resolve to extinction if no action is taken to establish and conserve safehavens. The species concerned bears a feature and endeavor that evidence a constant, even if the species for which the Act is meant to serve does not, which is to say, the species is otherwise on its way out without the aid of the Act. The problems ever rest with the respective method chosen for conservation on the one hand, and the cites involved and for what purpose does a developer have as reason to use it and how. Each scenario is different. 'Would appear that moderation and compromise must hold sway. And 'that' is the crux of the problem more than any danger posed to a companies' lawyers and bankers or any jingo conservation organization's edict to wipe out all chance to deliberate toward solutions that serve that species, and the public's good, and commerce itself.
