If I'd just been elected President of the USA it means I'm obviously in the pocket of big business, I've already been bought and sold to protect their interests. Yawn. A bit of spin to keep the greenies off my back, then business as usual. What are my policies? Token $ into alternative energy research, big spending on fossil fuel "alternatives", rip up those national parks or any other pristine areas I can find under Fed. jurisdiction for fossil fuels...etc.etc.etc. C'mon, you know the routine by now! Dem / Rep, doesn't really matter either way.

convert current energy sources to solar power. Install small personal windmills to help back up the solar power. In return, the government cuts property tax.

I would eliminate all tax subsidies for all forms of energy or energy use and allow the market to set energy prices.
