How to dispose non recyclable batteries in a proper way which does not harm the environment.easy way?

ALL batteries can be "recycled", but it is just not economically feasible yet for all batteries IN SMALL QUANTITIES. Take them to a recycle location. IF they don't recycle them they will know how to properly dispose of them.

Sale the old used batteries to the persons who buy the old material for reycling purposes as it is most safe idea because they properly destoy the material if the batteries are not recyclable beause dumping is no better idea it destroys land.

Not sure what type you're talking about, but Consumer Reports magazine said it was safe and fine to put alkaline batteries in regular household trash. NiCad rechargeables should NOT go in household trash because of the danger of heavy-metal leaching in landfills - WalMart and many photo stores supposedly accept them for proper recycling, or you can save them until your area has a household hazardous waste collection day. Other rechargeables are ok in regular trash. Car batteries should be returned to a store which sells car batteries for recycling - a few bucks changes hands, but I forget who pays who. Hope this is what you were looking for.

i am happy to see someone caring 4 d environment. if u have a lawn, or a garden, it can be buried under ground. or if can collect it and make a model, which will help school children in their labs for making EVE project. they can be made a replica of water tanks or any thing that soothes ur heart.
