Yahoo Launchcast Radio My Station ... What to do?

It is a bummer the personal Launchcast we've been working on all this time will be deemed useless after Monday, February 16th. I just did the regular Launchcast and took the ads and the songs I didn't care along with it. As far as what we've rated in the past, it is unclear if we'll still be able to view those once CBS radio's stations come on board. Well, this was fun while it lasted and maybe someone else can put together something similar to this in the future.

It's true you can access the "my station's" thru canada,australia, or en espanol but the music that each has available is different. So, while your ratings are there they might not have the albums you're used to listening to.

This is BS I want my station back... Its one of the reasons I signed up with Yahoo in the first place... they say its free but they are lieing! Only 25 plays are free after that you have to pay! *riots* Give us our stations back or it will be the users you will lack!

i am also really really pissed off about my station being kidnapped by CBS. i've started a new profile at www.pandora.com. it'll take a while to build your profile just like launchcast, but at least you won't be bombarded by stupid talk radio ads that are completely irrelevant to you.

I think it stinks! Why do I only get 25 free plays? Is that per day? I was willing to put up with ads to get the free music I'd customized but am not willing to pay when I can listen to my own cd's or local radio stations online.

Yeah this sucks. Let's hope CBS figures out that a lot of people use this, but I am sure they are just going to try and figure out how to make money off of it.
