Why won't iTunes let me buy this song on itunes?

    I was having the same problem on my iPhone 4s and my Macbook Pro iTunes App Store until I went into my Mac's app store (not the iTunes one but the one for Mac apps) and accepted the terms and conditions there then I let it refresh on my iTunes and everything was fine and back to normal.

I don't know, but you're not alone...it won't let me upgrade any apps (which really doesn't make sense bc they are FREE)...goes to the accept terms over & over.
