    if you don't have a vocal teacher...do this. listen to the song that you want to sing sing along with the song you want to sing sing it by yourself once than with the recording once record a phrase or two of you singing listen to it listen to the first couple phrases of the recording try again it's a lot of work but over and over helps 3 days for CRAZY improvement! Good luck!

Take lessons. If you don't know who to go to for lessons, you could try going to your church (or a local church) and asking their music director if they know of any vocal coaches in the area. Joining a church choir or a community ensemble wouldn't hurt, either; I learned so much from both church choirs and community groups.

keep practicing . practice at least 10min everyday with confidence .sing from your heart. take vocal lessons. donot strain your voice that is not to shout . if you feel your singing is like talking goggle with hot water and take a small spoon of honey everyday . it softens your voice.keep singing and do not give up . you will surely become a pro.all the best

make sure that you sing out of your belly not your nose. No matter how good it might sound to your ears when ur singing through your nose, it doesn't sound good to others. maybe sing a song in front of your mom, dad, or best friend. have them tell you what u can improve on. trust me, it helps.
