Is it possible to change your natural tone of voice?

If you mean if you can learn to talk in a certain way in imitation of someone, the answer is yes. Rich Little, the impressionist, does a lot of good imitations. Richard Nixon is one of his all time best work.

yup yup yup i can, i don't know about the rest of you guys it just depends on..idk..i guess putting pressure on your vocal cords? idk, not TOO much though, just a slight bit of pressure will change your tone of voice, or just kind of go loose and talk naturally..who knows? it may be different from your "regular" voice

You can imitate somone else's voice, as impressionists and actors do, but it would require a conscious effort, although it would probably start to feel more natural with practice (Dan Castellanata can probably do Homer Simpson's voice in his sleep by now). I don't think it's possible to change your natural voice permanently without surgery, and I certainly wouldn't recommend that unless it's for medical reasons such as a deviated septum or cleft palate.

no, you can however, by "manner" like lowering your voice, talk unnaturally husky or squeaky. Your voice is distinctly unique (voice print) no two sound alike
