How can I cook Thanksgiving dinner with only one oven?

    Use the griddle as a warmer, or you could use crockpots for the sweetpotatoes. I'm of the opinion that the turkey is best if it rests for a while, so pop the last thing in as you take out the turkey.

Most people only have one oven. My grandmother bakes everything a day or two before then uses the oven and microwave to heat everything back up again.

You can cook somethings while the turkey is resting.

Put the stuffing in the bird, cook the green bean casserole before the bird and nuke it, if nothing else change the method of fixing the yams (great recipe on foodnetwork.com by Bobby Flay using molasses that can be done in a skillet..made it last yr...delish) as I have one oven too. I dont do the casserole for just me.
