Thanksgiving to me means traveling long distance and paying high prices at the pump so I can listen to who in the family is sick dying or dead since the last time we all got together. Then we scarf down about 18000 calories worth of carbs and fat, get mad at the annoying cousins that don't know how to behave and act like normal humans, before ultimately driving home, bloated, disgusted and ready for a nice stiff drink while talking about how we don't ever want to have to do it again.

Thanksgiving means family together to thank God for the Blessings we have received over the year. When we all sit down around the beautifully set table, hold hands and say grace and then tell why we are thankful. One of the most beautiful moments in life.
