How do I fry a thanksgiving turkey?

How my Thanksgiving turkey would taste if I fry it using an outdoor turkey fryer?

they are delicious! watch the oil level and make sure the turkey is COMPLETELY defrosted! also lower it in VERY slowly.

Fried turkeys taste way better than roasted for the first few hours after they are cooked, but IMO the leftovers from a roasted bird taste better. Fried food the next day never tastes very good to me. Use peanut oil and DONT overfill your tank.

I think it is very tasty. I would recommend marinating it with Cajun sauce.
