How come the Wikipedia page of the "Swami" Nithyananda has been edited with false information, ruling out the allegations against him?Is it possible to bring such pages to the special attention of the Wikipedia admins?

Articles like this are typically only edited by two types of people on Wikipedia: movement members/followers, and movement opponents/ex-followers. The one type of person that you will almost never find editing an article like that is a knowledgeable and disinterested scholar. The few religious scholars I have spoken to about this have told me that they take one look at what is happening in Wikipedia and decide that arguing with partisans from either extreme is not something they want to spend all their time doing. I'm a Wikipedian myself. Just to let you know, anyone can edit. If something is wrong, be bold, do not hesitate and correct it, SO LONG as it does NOT violate any policy. You removals must not include anything that is backed up with a secondary source.

There is probably no sinister plot behind the scenes. It is just that followers sincerely believe that these accusations are false propaganda and want to keep these hurtful accusations out of the internet.

This is a funny "question". Wikipedia is a open platform where all opinions are allowed. It is surely a lot better monitored and regulated that the sleazy channels that the questioner seems to derive  information and apparently his intelligence from. The questioner has decided that Nithyananda is a Criminal while the police have not even brought the case to court 3 years after the charges were filed. I don't know why this anonymous questioner seems to think he knows better than the entire judicial system in India.

The 'Star-Vijay' and 'Aaj-Tak' TV channels had to broadcast 'Forgiveness' and 'Apology' from Swami Nityananda for broadcasting objectionable news in this connection. Following lines are said by media houses: Today Network Limited informed Paramahamsa Nithyananda that the said apology was aired on  Aaj Tak   on 18th September 2013 at 23:00 hrs and 19th September 2013 at 12:30 hrs. The media house thereby requested to accept the apology and take no further action. Spoorthi Communications Private Limited informed Paramahamsa Nithyananda that the said apology was aired on TV10  on 19th September 2013 evening. The media house thereby requested to accept the apology and take no further action with the promise not to ever repeat the defamatory program.

India Courts have ordered the morphed video be removed by SUN TV; a few scoundrels were arrested; there continues to be a smear campaign, which includes your comments which are insupportable. You will have to read court documents and not media to get it straight. Ashok Singhal, head of International Hindu Association gave live TV interview with most proper information on who is behind the campaign, and he and several other dignitaries are supporting Nithyananda now that the real criminals were exposed. In a nutshell, look at who is trying to destroy Hinduism, who has been attacked by them, and you will find many, only Nithyananda was the most famous of them all.
