Today is Thanksgiving. What are you thankful for? ?

Not much. My Grandmother died last week, Obama got elected and I'm sitting home alone puppysitting while my wife is at her family's house. Is it too early for a beer?

I celebrated Thanksgiving more than a month ago since I am in Canada right now. But I am thankful everyday for my children and grandchildren, for the wonderful years my late husband and I had together, and for the magical time we spent living on our sailboat being nautical vagabonds. I'm thankful for the special angel I know I have watching over me now.

family, friends, food, house, education, free country, people that care about me, my elctronics and entertainment, my freedoms, easy going parents, to be able to walk and breath on my own, to be healthy and everyone else is too, for the internet, everything god has given me :)

I am thankful for the fact that I'm not deaf so that I can very clearly hear my neighbors blaring their incredibly loud and festive hip hop music
