If your sole reason for becoming a rapper is to become famous then forget about it. Sorry there just isn’t a link about this. First you should try to get heard. Initally you can try to generate some attention and get some feedback by posting your videos on myspace/ youtube. There is not easy way to do this and it’s gonna be a long and tough journey. You can also try to shop around a demo.

well can u rap? if u can then thats the first step u have to make urself "known" like making a cd and passing it out sending a demo to a producer maybe even go to ur local radio station and asking them to perform on air go to music event and things like that if u cant rap then dont even try find something ur good at and go from there u dont wanna be made fun of and considerd a joke if u cant rap but ur trien to after u get ur name out there see what happens if people like u then u will know it!!! good luck

First, you gotta be heard. Spread your raps by making people hear you. Contact anyone and everyone! Word of mouth is the best way to get seen and heard. I dont know step by step what you should do, but get a demo together, get some underground work in, and keep workin till your dream comes true!
