How do I find the best Consumer Web Product Managers in India who are focused on data analysis, driving strategy and feature design but who eschew business development and marketing?

If you have any advice on how to find the most data driven, game loving, design and strategy focused individuals from MBA, consulting, VC or web and/or software backgrounds I'd LOVE to hear from you.

    I would try to look for Indian Product Managers in the US / UK and especially Indians graduating from top MBA colleges around the world. I think there is a growing trend anyway for Indians to look for opportunities in India. So long as you can convince the candidate that they don't need to report to their US based bosses for every product decision I am sure that they would be interested in working for Zynga India.
