I'm an old Traditional Jazz Artist myself. Take 5 by Miles Davis is racy yet slow enough to remind you of a convertable with the top down, Songbird by Paul Mauraot is also good but my all time favorite for car moving down the road is Route 66 (instrumental). I'm not sure who the artist was, I want to say Henry Mancini but I don't believe he wrote the lyrics.
