Can i play alto sax if i already play flute?

yes you can, but you have to be dedicated to learning it. i played the clarinet for 2 years, then the bass clarinet for 1 year and then i played the alto sax, and now i play the bari sax, the embouchure isn't going to be your problem, it might take a few days to get the right amount of air going through the instrument, but besides that you'll be fine. i'm actually working on learning the flute now. any tips?

Yes. It just requires a different embouchure.

It's quite different. New embouchure, get used to a reed, new fingering, new body position, transposing instrument. The only advantage from your flute playing is the fact that you're still playing a wind instrument and that you have 3 years of reading and interpreting music under your belt. But if none of that bothers you, go right ahead. It's good to play more than one instrument.
