I don't like the "best" label but some good ones are George Benson & Wes Montgomery, both guitar players. I also like Diana Krall and Norah Jones, both piano players. It would be helpful to learn something about the history of jazz so you might try to find such a book and go from there and then you will have some knowledge of where the music you're listening to comes from. Jazz is cool, but you have to "play outside the box."

Jazzy Spazzy is the best but Kiss my Jazz is another good band. Devin morgan and the jazz monsters also have some good old fashion jazz music
