Kwanzaa is a made up holiday from the 60s. It gets a lot of press because it is politically correct, but really, what is the point? It was born out of anti-Christian sentiment.

Well, I don't celebrate Kwanzaa but you have to be respectful of other religions and their holidays. Maybe you are just not acquanted with the people that are different than you.

Kwanzaa is not anti-Christian, but a cultural holiday based on values of Africa. I often attend a Catholic church centered in the Black community, and we celebrate the days of Kwanzaa simply in lighting a candle and recalling the value of the day.
