Does wearing glasses improve eyesight?

if you get punched in one of your eyes or get dust or something it can damage that eye more than the other. Also glasses do improve your vision but only wear them if you cannot make out the words at all otherwise it will speed up your vision loss. However if you don't wear your glasses you can get eye strain from trying to read words that are to far and that can cause vision loss as well

Glasses dont' make your eyes better they just help you see properly. If you think about it if they improved your eyes noone would always wear glasses as their eyes would improve and they would stop wearing them. If you are unhappy with glasses look at contact lenses - they are wonderful but are more expensive. Eyesight problems is about teh shape of your eyeball, so its perfectly possible for your eyeballs not to be exactly the same shape and hence for you to have eyesight worse in one eye than the other. that is actually fairly normal. Most peoples bodies aren't exactly the same on both sides - feet are slightly different sizes, breasts can be different sizes slightly, etc. and it only takes a slight difference to make your eyesight quite a bit different.

i have same problem go to eye doc and get glasses it helps you see the board and no when you take them off it takes a while to adjust your eye site may even get worse bu who cares what people think about you have confidant's in you self good luck
