Why do my eyes burn when I'm on the computer?

Im scared my eyes are perminantly damaged from constant computer over the past few months PLEASE HELP?

    The newest computers actually have a special built in screen to protected your eyes. you can also buy special screens to put over your monitor buy one. sitting down for long periods of time in the same spot is not good for you either you can get bed sores?

well, first off, limit your self to a half hour on xbox a day, and computer. one day play ur xbox, and then the next, computer. or just go a while without it hun! its not good for you
