If you have really bad eye vision can you still get contacts.?

It depends on how bad. If it is just normally bad (if that makes any sence) then of course you can get contacts. But if it is beyond a certain point, like nearly-blind bad, then you would have to stick with glasses because dependaing how bad your vision is may require thicker lenses than what can be made into contacts. Or if you have a medical condition in your eyes, your optometrist may not want to risk contacts. Talk to your optometrist, let them decide if your prescrition can be filled by contacts.

Yep... Contact lenses were made for people who don't want glasses and do the same thing: correct the vision problems. So, you can still get.

It depends how bad because the worst the vision the thicker the lense and some people who have really bad vision can't have them because the contact would be to thick and some say it's just completely uncomfortable

It is more a case of whether your eyes will tolerate contacts, than are strong enough contacts available. They can make really strong contacts, but sometimes they are custom or special order. The only way you will know is if you set up an appointment and see what they can do for you.
