No. Your eyesight is gonna do what its gonna do no matter. It is a matter of corneal thickness and focus ability and that does not change when you wear glasses or not.The glasses just bring the focal point up or down depending on your rx, but that doesnt physically change your eye so no.

Sometimes eyes will correct by its self! And it depends on how bad your eyes are! Eyes do get worst when you get older too!

No. My dad, brother, myself and my brother all wear glasses. Every few years when we get our eyes checked, if there is a change, it's always for the worse. Throughout my life I will be needing stronger prescriptions.

Glasses will improve your eyesight. If your prescribed eyeglasses and do not wear, eventually your eyes will get worse. For example, I had an eye exam in elementary school and failed the test. My mom thought I failed it on purpose and did not take me to get eyeglasses until I was in junior high. The statement one guy made, "if you don't want to wear your glasses, then take them off", is the dumbest statement I have ever heard! My vision is so bad, if I take my glasses off I'll have to type with my nose on the keyboard to see the keys. So, yes, eyeglasses will improve your vision to where it needs to be. Also, if you have a broken leg and need a cast to help set it, if you choose not to wear the cast, will your leg still set correctly? I rest my case.

Glasses WILL make your eyes better. Recently, it was on the news: a guy who constantly wore glasses had an increase in his vision.

I won't say they improve but they certainly help. If i don't wear my glasses my eyes will be strained therfore making it harder to see...therefore my eyesight getting worse. But somehow wearing my glasses often just really helps!
