Eye movement as follows----Keep your head straight and move eyes up and down very slowly, say 20 times. Now same but side to side also 20 times and slowly, reaching the farthest you can go. Now, sort of go in circles, but again going farthest in each direction and slowly. 20 times. Do this at least twice a day. Also, every morning kind of throw cold water in your eyes, idea is to have Fresh, cold water reach all of inside of your eyes. Again do this 2 to 3 times every morning. ANother thing is to try to look at Early morning sun for five minutes but before it is not very bright. You start with a minute or so and than see if you can get to 3 to 5 minutes every morning. These are simple things and does not cost you lot of time or any money. In addition there are no side effect. Good luck
