What type of feelings emerge in ur heart on ur country's independence day or republic day?

The feeling you get on your countries independece day is so imense that you cant put it in words. But the closest that i would probably get is pride. At the same time, i feel sad thinking about all people that died for the country..which in return motivates me to make my country better for the sake of the people that died for it.. India pride all the way!!!!

I will always celebrate the freedoms that being an Australian afford me. I love my country with a passion. Mateship, humour and a joy for life are all part of being an Ozzie!

Well, morning when I wake up I heard some patriotic songs being played nearby. I cried actually. Ours is an independent nation and that means a lot. I felt the freedom in me and I felt so proud.

Still few are deprived of the previlege to lead an independant life. Power of the independat India is not distributed uniformly.
