Go swimming or if you have a back yard with a hoes use that, (I know it sounds childish but it's fun) make random food if you can, I'm sure one of your neighbors will be using fireworks, so maybe you can see that. Go to the dollar store and buy fire crackers and glow sticks.

Go for a hike and spend time with family and friends.

Go to the beach for the day and swim until the fireworks. I loved doing that but that only works if you live on the coast. If you don't I suppose you could still go down to the pool or something. No ones having family cook outs? I would honestly just sleep all do and whereever the fireworks are hang around there for a couple hours because you'll get better seats and you can watch everything get all set up (kinda fun)
