Aww why would you want to be something scary? I'm 13 too and I'm planning on scarying as much candy from little kids as I can. And I'm pretty sure as long as your costume is good people will compliment it,even so you don't need them to. But to answer your question you could be a fairy. Or an angel. There is this really cool costume I've seen a couple times, its half angel half devil. A princess, or queen. If you have a boyfrind he could be your prince/king. A ballerina? A belly dancer or a lady pirate. (You would have to be careful what clothes you wear.) Hmmm you could dress as a celebrity. Might be a little...skanky depending on who you pick. Sorry I'm not good with cute stuff. I started dressing scary by the time I was 6.
