    First off, never too old for free candy. ;) Secondly, maybe they are going to a costume party! Geez, doesn't mean they are going trick-or-treating because they are buying a costume. Cool costumes for a teen? I'd say dress up like from the old west (girls could wear cool corsets) or a vegas show girl would be fun! Try a flapper girl, too...I was maybe going to try that. Have fun! :)

umm last year i was a PEZ dispencer...it was the coolest thing ever...i jsut dressed up in a one colour suit..and made the letters PEZ down my sides...it was really cool...then i walked around with a sign that sed "lift my chin".... and whenever some one did...i gave them a pez....it was so much fun....it also depends on ur character tho...if u can pull it off and wat nots....it was my fav yet...have fun

Me personally i stopped trick a treating at 12 but you can be dress like people from different times like the 70's. You can also dress like an occupation like a nurse or something
