What should i be for halloween im 13?

Im short and laugh all the time. I could say i have big legs but my stomach is skinny what should i be? I want something fun!

I am being a headless person. To make the costume is quite simple. Here are the instructions: 1. Use cardboard and make it into a cylinder. Tape it up tight. 2. Make marks where you are gonna cut the head, make it at least 3 inches above the bottom of the cardboard. Also cut a spot where it rests on your shoulders. 3. Cover the top with red towel and pin or tape in place. 4. Have an assistant place the tube on you. Make sure it fits and doesn't slump over to one side. Poke your head all the way through the hole and smile.This is the key of a solid fitting tube! 5. Next put on a too big shirt with buttons and tuck it into your pants or skirt, and stick your head through the unbuttoned front. Your assistant should button the shirt above your head. Now stick your hands- not arms- through the shirt front. Cross your hands under your chin, thumbs out. Don't let any of your arms show. 6. Now get into a too big skirt. Pull the waist up high - to your arm pits. DONE!!!! GOOD LUCK!

I know itz weird but I'm thirteen and my friends came up with the idea of being Care Bears. ya. so i went along with it and stuff so maybe you should do a group theme or a partner theme like: a cat& mouse or dorothy hippee i know itz not very good but oh well.
