Best halloween costume you have ever seen ?!?

when i was little me and my other 2 sisters dressed up as the 3 witches from hocus pocus. we even had caps. red, green, and purple. and wigs. it was so much fun!!

311 used to play halloween shows in Atlanta. Everybody would dress up including the band. This guy and girl dressed up like naked people, walking down the sidewalk up to the venue they really did look like they were naked. They won best costume. And turned a LOT of heads.

Someone completely naked with a prophylactic hanging from their nose. When we asked him what he was supposed to be, he said, "F**K KNOWS!"
