How come women can't have fun other than by focusing on looks, for example on Halloween?

Halloween is the one day in the year where i DON'T get called a freak. lol in all seriousness though I gotta agree with you that many women just want to look like tramps on halloween because it's the "only time" that they can get away with it. I'm feeling purples black for make-up and a good solid floor length dress and a cloak. there's no need to go all on with a costume. To be honest though the day is about the gates of the spirit world opening for one night and is a Pagan holiday and should be respected as such...not be used as a chance to show that you are a tasteless hooker

it is a generalization that all women only worry about their looks. many don't, but as for those who do those are all the women who are sluts, hoes, and/or whores. women who are trying to seem cool or impress people or who are insecure on the inside act like this.

Halloween is a chance to be something you've always wanted to be, to project your inner self to the outside for one night.Maybe you don't have to be like you think others think you should be. In fact, by projecting your inner self, you might discover others with similar interests.

Hello! Yes, I agree with the other answerers on this one. Halloween IS a time to have fun (like you said), and it's also a chance to be someone you usually wouldn't every day. But this doesn't mean people must dress...erm... provocatively. You might want to dress up as a beautiful princess or you might want to be a playful zombie. Halloween lets you show a different side of yourself you normally wouldn't, and that's the beauty of it! So whether it's going to a party to show off your costume and socialize, or staying home and watching scary movies while eating candy corn, it's just a time to HAVE FUN!!! \(^_^)/ whee!!! ps: wowie! you have a lot of answerers! lucky you! :)
