What halloween costume can I make out of a black tube top dress?

Get some yellow material. Cut 2 long strips about 3-4" wide maybe less and make them the length of the dress. Attach 2 strips about 2" apart down the front of the dress and the same down the back of the dress. Then take a crappy stuffed animal and put red food dye, fake blood or whatever you want to use for blood on it and attach it by safety pin somewhere near the yellow lines. You can be ROADKILL!!! I've worn that costume before and people thought I was sick, they're right but it was a really cool costume! Have fun whatever you decide. Halloween is my favorite holiday!

a Magician top hat, cape and wand? you could cut red dots out and make antenna-go as a lady bug; ealily-punk urself up and throw on fishnets; A street walker(not recomended) A mouse, or cat is easy, just use hairband and glue black colored board for the ears, dont 4get a tail. posibilities are endless...
