Paint a landscape on it. Put some of that guazy material on it. Some lace. A few crafts cottonballs around the neckline! Oh. Weave sequins in your hair with a thread and needle. DO IT! Um, how else can I get you to look like a lightning storm! Ooh! Cosmic lightning storm, heyhey! I'd like to go as that, but I'd just end up walking the streets and I'd..well, I guess I could bring a radio with me and do some preaching for creativity, right? ya. But I wouldn't. Um. You know, tin foil is interesting. It is reflective. It could be used as cuffs or something. *** I was darth vador for halloweed once because the group I was with was those characters. And I got this box, and covered it in black, and punched out eyeholes and put it on my head. A person even asked, what are you? Well, I'd be able to tell! I mean if you can tell who everybody else is, don't you know who I am?!

Ok, first...I love the dress! It's really cute! Second, I would definitly be a witch with this. Get black, sexy laced tights, express usually has these. Wear black heels with it. I don't know if you're on a budget or anything, but have you ever seen those heels with the laces? They remind me of witch shoes, they would be perfect! If not though, heels are definetly a must. Get a black witches hat. Do a very nice smokey eye, but instead of adding hints of blue to it, add touches of purple. Extend your eyeliner so that it wings out a bit, making the look more dramatic. If your into it, wear black lip stick..if not that's ok too lol just make your face very dramatic looking. Paint your nails black!! And black costume jewlery! I think that's everything.... You could carry off the Audrey Hepburn look. You could be Lady Gaga, just jazz it up a bit and buy lots of funky brooches from primark to clip on. You could buy some wings and become a dark fairy (wear it with knee length stripy tights as well). Hope I helped xX
