My boss threatened my job over a task that i did not complete and called me a drama queen what should i do?

Suck it up.......get the job done.....or get your resume up and out........simple...........

I might fell a bit sorry for you if I didn't completely agree with his assessment of you. But that's at-will employment for you. It's up or out honey, and obviously your boss doesn't see you moving *up* anytime soon.

You don't say what he was asking. Were you dramatizing? In the place I work - managers will do anything that needs doing - including sweeping, cleaning up a spill, whatever. They don't look at their job description first - they see something that needs doing, and they do it. It's hard to know what to tell you without knowing the specifics. If he was making a completely unreasonable demand, stick to your guns. But if it was something that perhaps you could have done, but felt it was "beneath" you, then maybe you should consider if you were dramatizing. If you're unwilling to do those tasks, and your boss wants you to, your choices are to apologize, and be more of a team player in the future, or find another job more to your liking.

I would purchase a mirror and stare into it for about 5 minutes. Chances are your going to see someone that is in fact, a drama queen. Or better yet a person that is lazy, unmotivated and in need of a good kick in the pants. If your given a task you should be able to complete it, that is why your employer is paying you right? In this economy, if you can't handle the job then quit. I'm sure there is about 100,000 or so people that would love to have the opportunity.

you need to do the work or move on, as long as he didn't touch you or humiliate you in front of anyone else or even harrass you after the fact there's nothing you can do but quit and move on or change and do what he wants. I know this is not what you want to hear, and your looking for so much more but this is your life and you have do do what makes you happy and feels right

Best thing to do is to talk to him about it and at the same time tell him how you felt when he called you a drama queen. That's sexual harassment.

tell him that he needs help and is a drama king! ur not perfect nobody is! and if this happens just quit becuz he'll no wat he did was just out of the universe stupid.
