Answer:
Ooh, this is a fun one.. you can turn all these questions around to make you seem like your weaknesses are actually really strengths. 1) Mr Interviewer, the one time I know I didn't do my best was when I was a member of a team of colleagues given a deadline to deliver a project. As a member of the team, there was a lot of negotiating, and as the chosen team leader, chose to step back, and we all gave input, I felt as though we didn't quite get the best results we could have had leadership been strong and in control. Whenever anyone did try to head up the project, the appointed leader would briefly take over control. It was very frustrating. 2) My worst quality is my absolute fanaticism over ....neatness.. or meeting deadlines, or .. laugh as you say.. my wife would say its my inability to forget about work when not at work... or anything else that makes you appear a real assett really. 3) Recall an incident where you really lost respect for someone who never took work seriously.. say that initially you got along really well.. and luckily you were able to ignore it, and just carry on with your work.. but you definitely no longer had the same respect for your coworker Hope that helps a little.

Every one of these questions is asking for a story about how you faced a "bad" situation and rose above it. We all have plenty of them, if you think about it. Always use the STAR method to answer a situational-based interview question. S - Situation. Describe what happened. "It was the year-end inventory and we had to work overnight to get it done." T - Task. What was your challenge? "I was assigned to work with two coworkers who refused to talk to each other." A - Action. What did you do? "I suggested we separate the warehouse into three sections and each work there, my two coworkers were at opposite ends of the building. And I ordered pizza shortly after midnight to give us all a break." R - Result. What happened? "We got the whole warehouse inventoried by morning -- and my coworker even offered to help the other guy finish his section, after he finished first." Keep it short and simple; don't ramble on. Show them that you can organize your thoughts and present them concisely. To do this, think (in advance) about several situations you can use -- they will apply to a lot of different questions -- write them down, and rehearse them in your mind. As for the "worst quality" this is always something that's actually a positive -- you get so passionately involved in your work that you have to remind yourself nothing is perfect, you're constantly striving to learn more, you can't stand to waste time and/or money, etc. Have an example to back this up, too, because this kind of answer can easily prompt a follow-up question.
1. talk about a time when you were a child. That way you can say you learned a big lesson and so nowadays you can recognise when you're starting to react in the same way and you can laugh at yourself, maybe say you don't want to have your jelly taken away ever again or something. 2. "Doing things in detail even when there isn't much time" i.e. good intentions and good habits are at the root of your worst quality 3. talk about a time that started when someone didn't get on with YOU, maybe you had moved into their friend's job. Say that it was THEIR not wanting to like YOU that made YOU not like THEM, and say it's very very easy to fall into spirals and you have to be brave and break out of them. Say all this kind of thing is cut out a lot when people are working hard and don't have time to argue and need each other's help and cooperation. Good luck!

theres no cookie cutter "correct answer", the interviewer is usually looking to see if you give an emotional response, and how well you cope in difficult situations. Just be yourself, answer honestly, and try to explain how you resolved any negative situation that may have arose.

(1) We were overloaded with work and we were pressured by management to get out as much work as possible and sacrifice quality for quantity (2) Tend to focus too much on getting the job done and sometimes not enough on the process. (3) Not always tolerant of co-workers who aren't giving the job a full effort.

1) Pick a situation when the task was finished, but there was something that you could have done to make it better. This shows your ability to review your work and learn from your mistakes. 2) Say something like..."working too hard" or "caring too much". This is a way to criticize yourself, but at the same time show the employer that you always go above and beyond duty. 3)Say something like..."you always wanted to triple check your work, but your co-worker didn't and that caused friction between the two or you." Again, this anwsers the question, but also compliments your dedication. Just make sure you taylor your responses to your past experiences. You want to be able to criticize yourself, but at the same time show that you care about the job as well. GOOD LUCK

#1 When I feel sick. #2Not getting 150% ,out of myself. #3 If I was around the worker and they were were making Racist comment or talking about using Drugs.I was pressured into their lifestyle and had to cut myself off from them.

Each of these should be answered with a story that shows your ability to learn from your mistakes and adapt to new situations. Only you know what your stories are - pick the ones that tell the interviewer that you can think on your feet. Good luck!!
